Q. -Which cartridges
you purchase? |

A.
- In general, any non-recycled inkjet cartridge with electronic
circuitry on it will be purchased.
Check our inkjet buy back list on our website for a
complete list of qualifying cartridges. WE DO NOT EXCEPT
ANY EPSON INKJET CARTRIDGES.
Nearly all non-recycled laser cartridges are accepted, but some
are not worth sending due to the value of the cartridge being
less than the shipping expense.

of qualifying cartridges check our website.
Feel free to call us at any time if you have questions about a
particular cartridge type.

Q. - Why would a cartridge
be rejected? |
| |
A.
- Every once in a while we receive some cartridges that have
been damaged. Damaged usually means that the cartridge's printhead
has been scratched, dented, cut, peeled/loose, or corroded from
years of remanufacturing. Damage occurs when the cartridges are
not handled with care, when they are packaged poorly, or when
they have been manually refilled incorrectly.
